The X web interface includes intuitive single-key shortcuts that allow power users to handle virtually all feed interactions from the standard keyboard home row without reaching for a mouse.

• J / K (Navigate Down / Up Through Posts and Comments): Press J to move focus down to the next post or comment, and K to move up. The currently focused post is highlighted with a clear blue border indicator. This navigation works consistently both on the main home feed and inside expanded thread views.
• Enter (Open Post and View Thread): Expands the focused post into its dedicated thread view to inspect incoming replies.
• L (Like / Heart): Instantly toggles a like on the currently selected post or reply.
• R (Open Reply Composer): Immediately pops open the reply composer for the active post.
• Ctrl + Enter (Submit / Send Reply or Tweet): Sends the composed message directly from the input box without clicking the send button.

1. Press J sequentially to advance down the timeline to the next tweet.
2. Hit R on any post you wish to engage with to open the reply box immediately.
