Meta Launches Muse in Mexico, Its First Latin American Market

Meta launched its personal AI agent Muse in Mexico on November 5, 2026. According to Meta's official announcement, Mexico is the first Latin American country where Muse is available. The launch brings Spanish-language access and integrations with services used in the Mexican market.

Meta Chief AI Officer Alexandr Wang also announced the launch on X. Wang left his position as CEO of Scale AI to join Meta in June 2025. Muse is Meta's personal AI agent, not a Scale AI product.

How People in Mexico Can Access Muse

Meta says users in Mexico can access Muse in Spanish through iOS and Android apps, muse.ai and WhatsApp. In his announcement, Wang wrote that “muse just touched down in mexico.”

Meta describes Muse as a personal agent designed to assist with tasks across connected services, rather than only answer conversational questions. Its announced use cases include comparing prices, tracking orders, checking flights and buying cinema tickets. Exact capabilities depend on the connected service and its availability.

Local Integrations Are a Core Part of the Launch

Meta named Cinépolis, Coppel, Despegar, Kavak, Kueski, Liverpool, Rappi and Walmart México among the local integrations for the Mexican rollout. These cover familiar consumer activities such as cinema tickets, shopping, orders and travel.

The launch is notable for combining access in Spanish with connections to services specific to Mexico. Meta's announcement does not by itself establish that every Muse feature is available in every country or specify a complete timetable for further regional launches.
