Step-by-Step Guide to Checking and Activating the Free Trial

Checking eligibility and activating the 1-month Google AI Pro trial proceeds in the following three steps:

1. Navigate to the promotional URL: Open a web browser where you are signed into your Google account and visit the official Google One dynamic plans promotional page. The embedded campaign parameters (utm_source=gmail&utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=upgrade_ogb&g1_landing_page=75) serve as the direct route for evaluating account-level promotional eligibility.
2. Verify trial availability: Review the landing page to determine if a 1-month free trial offer is presented for your account. Eligibility varies by individual Google account.
3. Activate Google AI Pro: If the promotional offer appears, proceed through the on-screen steps to activate your trial. No charges are billed during the 1-month trial period.

Users can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid recurring subscription charges.

Scope and Limitations: Web Chat vs. AntiGravity

The Google AI Pro trial allows users to explore premium Google AI tools, including direct interaction with the Gemini 4 Argon model inside the standard Gemini web interface.

However, specific constraints apply to other environments. Original author Peng (@pengsonal) clarified in thread replies that Gemini 4 Argon is only available within Gemini web chat, and using the model in the AntiGravity environment requires the Ultra plan. Consequently, the Google AI Pro trial does not provide Argon 4 access inside AntiGravity.

Users should note that this free trial is oriented toward web chat and conversational features rather than AntiGravity integration.

Account Eligibility and Cancellation Notes

Because Google distributes promotional offers on a dynamic per-account basis, the trial is not uniformly available to all registered accounts.

Community replies indicate that while eligible users can immediately activate the 1-month free trial, other accounts do not see the offer. Users who find their primary account ineligible have noted trying a new or alternate Google account to check for the promotion.

To prevent automatic recurring charges once the evaluation period concludes, users can cancel their subscription anytime before the trial ends.
