ArcReel provides a structured pipeline that converts narrative text into character assets, scene elements, storyboards, and final video segments while maintaining visual consistency across shots.
Open-Source Self-Hosted Video Pipeline
ArcReel supports local deployment via Docker and Docker Compose, running on web port 1241 by default. Licensed under GNU AGPL-3.0, version v0.34.0 introduces a unified model catalog and cost tracking for generation calls and Agent sessions.
- Integrated Production Pipeline: Manages story analysis, asset generation, storyboard sequencing, and media rendering in a single platform.
- Multi-Provider Support: Configure text, image, video, and TTS capabilities from multiple providers.
- Cost Tracking: Tracks generation usage and costs.
Editorial Draft Export
Generated production runs can be exported as Jianying editing project draft files to refine subtitles, voice-over, and pacing.
- Draft export targets the mainland Chinese version of Jianying; global CapCut compatibility remains unverified.
- Commercial deployment requires compliance with GNU AGPL-3.0 licensing terms.
